Prefabricated Buildings
At the beginning we provide an estimated quote for all works required. We then provide a full site survey and finalised written quote. We provide an all-in-one service from demolition, disposal of the old building inc. asbestos removal, base groundwork, electrical work and installation.
Garage Doors
We will always try and repair your garage door where possible, however sometimes this is unachievable, we will discuss the options with you and supply a written quote so there are no hidden costs.

In the first instance, following the site survey we will be happy to give you a quote for the base work required, however if more than a standard base is required, our builder will attend site to ascertain your requirements and quote accordingly.
If you have your own contacts for base laying, we will happily liaise with your builder directly should you want us to. We will supply all the technical information required for you or your builder to carry out any base-works required,
Following the site survey, we will be happy to quote for the removal and disposal of the old garage, even if it’s stone, brick, prefabricated panels or asbestos.
We can quote to collect and dispose of the asbestos roof and walls (if applicable) which will include a certificate of disposal, so you can be assured that the asbestos is disposed of correctly.
Following the site survey, you will be advised if your current base is suitable. The garage can be fitted on a slightly uneven base, but no guarantee will be given for any water tightness between the base and garage.
A ‘float-over’ concrete base may be required, but a cost will be given as part of the overall quote.
In most cases no, as sectional buildings generally fall within the governments’ permitted development scheme, but there are certain situations when you will require planning approval or building regulation control.
For example, if your property is located within a conservation are a, is a listed building, or your proposed building is bigger or higher than permitted development allows.
